We recently completed a concrete repair project in Hermitage, TN, addressing damage caused by underground tree roots. The job involved removing a 7×7 section of cracked concrete that had been pushed up by the roots. After carefully demolishing the damaged area, we removed the roots to prevent further disruption. We then poured fresh exposed aggregate concrete to match the surrounding surface. Once the concrete set, we applied a high-quality sealer to protect the new surface and ensure long-lasting durability. This thorough repair not only fixed the existing damage but also helped prevent future root growth issues, safeguarding the concrete’s integrity for years.
