We recently completed a site development project, preparing a barn pad, access road, and house pad for residential and agricultural use. The 70′ x 80′ gravel barn pad provides a solid foundation for a pole barn, ensuring ample space for storage and equipment. A 450′ long, 12′ wide access road with a 6-8″ base was constructed and topped with 138 tons of crusher run, offering durability and smooth access.
